lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this report because after the Lisbon Treaty, Parliament and the Council have equal powers in the ordinary legislative procedure and in the budget procedure and there is no longer a reason to continue to include Council Question Time in its present form in the Agenda. However, I agree with the rapporteur’s position and proposed amendments that it would be sensible to retain the option of putting questions to the Council – during a specific question hour – on matters relating to responsibilities other than those linked to the exercise of its legislative and budgetary functions."@en1
