lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this progress report because this country that has been devastated by wars and unrest needs the European Union’s democratic values. In just five years, Macedonia has made significant progress in the integration process: it has implemented judicial, decentralisation and public administration reforms, which have also been welcomed by the World Bank. The country has also been invited to join NATO once the issue regarding the naming of the country has been resolved. I agree with the calls for the state to address constructively the issue of the country’s name and ensure that this does not halt the process of the country’s integration, domestic reforms and the development of good neighbourly relations, and that the EU therefore does not close its doors. I also share the concern expressed over the human rights situation, press pluralism and corruption, and agree that cooperation and restructuring must continue."@en1
