lpv:translated text	"I voted to adopt the International Cocoa Agreement 2010 as I am fully aware of the agreement’s importance for countries which produce cocoa. Nonetheless, I would like to mention my concern about reports on the use of child labour involving inhumane conditions in the production and harvest of cocoa beans. As such, this issue needs to be seriously discussed in the International Cocoa Organisation and responses found in order to combat it. All stakeholders should be involved in the process, from national governments to industry, civil society, exporter countries and non-governmental organisations, so as to raise awareness of the issue. Finally, in the case of a systematic practice by a company or a country, we should not dismiss the possibility of imposing sanctions."@en1
