lpv:translated text	"Mr President, I was also very pleased to be able to vote in favour of this motion because in my view, it is the right response to the problems that the Member States are currently facing. We all want to stimulate the economy and there are two fundamental problems. One concerns the fact that the countries cannot come up with the cofinancing funds and the other is that the advance financing of many programmes is simply not working. We are in the process of resolving these problems. The situation with regard to advance financing will improve because the European Union will make the necessary funds available. I think that we could use this as an example for other funds and I would like us to evaluate the results of this process in order to see whether this mechanism could be applied to other programmes and funds."@en1
