lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this resolution. Above all, we need to strengthen job creation capacity and the promotion of self-employment, including social entrepreneurship, and increase participation in the labour market. I believe that we need to implement active labour market policy measures, with a particular focus on work incentive initiatives. The EU must be given budgetary leeway and investment in sustainable and decent job creation must be encouraged. In addition, increasing the flexibility of labour relations would help young people access the labour market. I welcome the proposal that the Council should, as a matter of urgency, adopt guidelines, which would enable companies that guarantee decent wages to shift the tax burden as part of non-wage costs away from labour. Furthermore, the European Council must make continuous efforts to improve the single market and reduce the bureaucratic burden."@en1
