lpv:translated text	"I was not able to vote in favour of this resolution today, even though it is just one resolution and a large variety of joint bonds are to be set up. I am, on principle and without exception, opposed to Eurobonds of any kind, just as the Maastricht Treaty very clearly rules this option out. The absolutely essential prerequisites for these ideas are the prior formation of a common fiscal union with all of the relevant mechanisms, such as a debt brake, and a legal basis in the Treaties. Any other sequence of events or measures will lead to complete ruin or to a socialist planned economy."@en¹
