lpv:translated text	"I, Carl Haglund, decided to abstain from supporting the resolution on the feasibility of introducing stability bonds following my firm conviction that a system of permanent joint liabilities for sovereign debt is no solution for the eurozone. In addition to this, there are a number of issues concerning moral hazard, wrong incentives, impacts on the interest rates and legal constraints that, as yet, have not been appropriately tackled in my view. The rapporteur has made a great effort in tackling these and other inherent issues, which is the reason for my not voting against the resolution, even though the fundamental question on joint liabilities led me to abstain from supporting the resolution."@en1
