Currently, however, commercial registers are regulated differently from Member State to Member State and in some cases even from region to region, which creates legal uncertainly for third parties and prevents the restoration of trust in the markets. In my opinion economic players need to have access to up-to-date and reliable company information in order for the internal market to operate effectively.
