lpv:spoken text	"This report highlights many of the tools that the EU can put in place to ensure that everyone has access to energy. The report builds on the UN target of universal energy access by 2030, which will have a huge impact on the lives of millions of people in the developing world. Access to energy will have a positive affect in achieving the Millennium Development Goals and I fully support this report as it brings attention to this important debate. As the report states, I hope that the Commission will now issue a communication on development cooperation in support of universal energy access."@en1
