Nonetheless, there is a need to integrate the Member States that acceded in 2004 more closely and to focus on ‘new’ challenges, such as social media and cyberbullying. Despite the effectiveness of the Daphne programme, I believe that legal measures are essential in this area. For this reason, I voted in favour."@en1
