lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this report, which aims to regulate the making available of biocidal products, in other words, all the products which, in one way or another, are used to eliminate organisms that are harmful to humans. The report seeks to strike a balance between the use of these types of products in their capacity to improve human health and the fight against their negative impact on the environment and health. In the medium term, all these products must go through three stages of assessment in order to measure the extent to which they are dangerous (particularly if they are carcinogenic or toxic for the hormone system) before being validated by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and placed on the market.
