I agree with the need to amend the Visa Code in relation to air transport visa (ATV) exemptions so as to guarantee legal certainty and the harmonised application of the rules, thereby also helping to reduce the administrative burden on Member States. Accordingly, I am voting in favour of the proposal."@en1
