lpv:translated text	"It is obvious that reducing administrative burdens would stimulate the European economy and that is why we need a major common effort to reduce red tape in the European Union. One of the priority sectors in which to reduce administrative burdens on companies in the EU is micro-entities, which are often subject to the same reporting obligations as larger companies. Bearing in mind that these rules impose a burden on them that is disproportional to their size, it ought to be possible to exempt micro-entities from the obligation to produce annual accounts. I am therefore voting in favour."@en1
