"As a follow-up of the Single Market Act, Parliament organised jointly with the Commission and the Polish Presidency the ‘Single Market Forum’ in Kraków this October. The event brought together politicians, stakeholders (trade unions, businesses, NGOs, etc.) and citizens to discuss the functioning, problems and future of the single market. As requested in the Single Market Act Report of the Parliament, the Single Market Forum is foreseen to be an annual or biannual event, in order to evaluate and discuss the further development of the single market.
