lpv:spoken text	"I welcome the findings of this report on the role of the ECB, although the focus of today’s debate is less about 2010 and more about the future. A solemness is required of all of us during these difficult times. We do need to restore confidence and it is a very difficult thing to do once it is sundered. We need to move away, and I think we have, from the blame game that has happened in the past, because we now know that this is a much bigger problem for all of us. We need the euro to succeed and the ECB to be part of the restoration of both confidence and the new measures that we will require for the future. In voting for this report, I welcome its findings."@en1
