"Madam President, I agree absolutely with Mrs Roth-Behrendt. It is crucial that we use all the available means and political tools to implement our strategy, but also that we make it a reality and make it work. We have to use the opportunities presented by e-health, innovation and partnership, ICT enhancement, and health technology and assessment. All this together will help us actually deliver because – as I said at the beginning – we have failed. It is crucially important to have transparency on the flows of money dedicated to certain priorities and to see what the added value is of that money, those priorities and this decision-making process. We in this House have been aware of all the lobbying for different priorities which are not important for society or for European citizens, but which are important for certain groups of lobbyists. So let us now do something on behalf of, and to the benefit of, our citizens."@en1
