lpv:spoken text	"By voting in favour of this resolution, the European Parliament took a positive step towards ensuring that EU telecoms rules are properly enforced to keep the Internet open and neutral. I am in favour of the resolution’s proposals to monitor Internet traffic management practices, which would contribute to a more open and neutral Internet. The resolution calls on the Commission to provide EU-wide guidelines that will have a positive effect on ensuring that EU telecoms rules are properly enforced. The Commission, along with Member States and the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications, must be called on to closely monitor the development of traffic management practices. This will ensure that traffic management practices are not used for anti-competitive purposes."@en1
