". A viable digital single market could improve competitiveness and stimulate economic growth in the EU. This is vital for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Europe. For example, the same VAT rate must be applied to both printed books and books. My country is 10th in the world based on the ratio of connection quality to Internet access.
