It is important to remove all the barriers preventing the use of commerce. Fiscal obstacles in particular must be removed. Discrimination must be avoided between the provision of online services and the provision of goods. For example, the same VAT rate must be applied to both printed books and books. My country is 10th in the world based on the ratio of connection quality to Internet access. A series of projects targeting coverage in broadband white areas is due to be launched, which will be allocated EUR 84 million in European funding."@en1
