The agreement will allow for gradual market opening in terms of aviation routes and transport capacity and provide for the alignment of Jordan’s aviation legislation with EU legislation on issues such as air transport safety and air traffic management. Jordan and the EU came to this agreement in view of extending it to other EU partner countries in the Mediterranean area. I voted in favour of the draft resolution on the agreement."@en1
