lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report, as it sends a clear message on the changes Parliament would like the Commission to implement with regard to combating the consequences of demographic change for cohesion policy. Whilst recognising that all Member States are different, this report identifies a number of areas where changes to the framework of Structural Funds could recognise specific demographic changes, for example, by providing social infrastructure for an ageing population, urban development plans and strategies for the elderly, children and family-friendly towns and social inclusion and integration of migrants."@en1
