lpv:spoken text	"Madam President, by voting in favour of the McClarkin report, I have voted for simplification and the reduction of the number of regulated professions in the EU, which, importantly, will enhance the mobility of professionals whilst ensuring that the proper safeguards and checks are in place for them, particularly those who work in the health care sector. I believe that the report takes the right steps to protect and encourage professional workers seeking to work in another Member State. However, we need at all times to ensure that language specificities, particularly with respect to patient safety, are workable in practice – a concern expressed by many of my patients in Wales."@en1
