Now they are gradually crumbling. For eight months protesters in Bahrain have been demanding change. Clashes during demonstrations have led to 40 deaths and those arrested are being subjected to physical violence. The Bahrain Government must look around and draw conclusions from the lessons of the Arab Spring. It must release protesters tortured in prisons, give them adequate medical care and rehabilitate them. We call for charges against medics who treated protesters injured during demonstrations to be dropped."@en1
