lpv:spoken text	"I supported many of the measures contained in this report as they are key to cutting down on bureaucracy and simplifying the rules laid out for all financial transactions taken by the European institutions. I believe that an overly prescriptive approach would not work and, as such, supported the position of my group that would allow for vital flexibility within the parameters set out in the regulation. I think that Parliament now has a strong position to take forward into negotiations to reach a sustainable and satisfactory conclusion to this report, which will allow for greater transparency, accountability and sound management of funds."@en1
