My second observation would be to ask you, Mr President, that Amendment 985, tabled in writing by 40 Members and proposing a 5% reduction in general expenditure, be respected in the order of voting; in other words, that you might reconsider your decision of only wishing to vote on the 25% reduction, and ask this House which amendments it would prefer to vote on."@en1
