lpv:translated text	"This report analyses experiences from the mutual evaluation process under the terms of Article 39 of the Services Directive, which was adopted in 2006. The aim of the process is to investigate the status of the internal market for services following the entry into force of this directive. Discussions between the Member States have clearly highlighted their positions, the remaining obstacles and the difficulties suffered by those Member States which have not yet completed the process of implementing the directive. The central result of the evaluation is that the cross-border provision of services is still a highly complicated process. I have voted in favour."@en1
