I agree with the need to improve transparency in the implementation of Union legislation, and with the right of European citizens to be better informed. I agree with the desire expressed by the European Parliament to reach an agreement with the Council as quickly as possible on the frameworks for correspondence when discharging implementation of the European Union general budget.
