lpv:spoken text	"I agree with that up to a point. It has only been a week or so since the judgment, but I think that some reaction from the Commission would be better sooner rather than later. I think the research community is quite dismayed and disorientated. After all, stem cell research – which we were supposed to be leaders in – is not banned, but it appears that you cannot do anything with the results of that research. So, of course, the investment is not going to come and we will lose our leadership. I do not think we can afford to wait long before we hear a very positive message from the Commission about how we are going to go forward on this question."@en1
