"Mr President, I was actually going to address a comment to Mr Barroso and Mr Verhofstadt, but they are both leaving this Chamber. They are asking the Dutch citizens for billions of euro and, yet, they are leaving the Chamber before the debate has even started. Surely, that beggars belief! The European Union is about to collapse, the euro area is going bankrupt and the hardworking Dutch, German, UK and Slovak taxpayers are having to pay for this. The public is being forced to pay for your mismanagement and fraud. I would like to address those who are responsible for this: Mr Barroso, Mr Verhofstadt’s party and Mr Schulz’s party have got us into this mess, and now they even have the front to criticise the Slovaks, the courageous Slovakian Parliament, for their decision. This is a total disgrace, in my view, and Mr Verhofstadt is piling on the misery by saying that those parliaments should be abolished and that they should not interfere with this decision. This is showing contempt for the public, because you are the ones who have caused this problem! Mr President, this European Union is a project of an imperious elite, not of European citizens. Mr Barroso is a minion of the regents who are running away from their mistakes. They have got Europe into deep trouble and now they want more Europe. This European Union, ladies and gentlemen, is outdated and unnecessary, out of step with reality, the Internet, international trade and mobile, well-informed public. We do not need any more European Union at all! The independence and individual character of the European countries is the very strength of Europe, and no bureaucracy can ever change that!"@en1
