The topic is EU trade and third country relations. I will interpret this topic as widely as possible, but I should warn you that if your question is off topic and deals, for example, with the common agricultural policy, you are liable to be cut off. I would also like to remind you of the ground rules which have been agreed for this new formula. Each Member has one minute to put his or her question, and 30 seconds for a supplementary after the Commissioner’s reply. The Commission has two minutes to reply if only one Commissioner is to be responsible for answering, and if more than one Commissioner is to reply, each Commissioner has one minute speaking time.
