The form of national parliament responses is also such that they are not classified as reasoned opinions or objections on subsidiarity grounds. Furthermore, it should be noted that frequently these are only made available to the European Parliament in the language used by the national parliament submitting the documents. It is therefore proposed that the Secretary General of the European Parliament should investigate methods of improving the way in which national parliament submissions are integrated into the working practices of the European Parliament."@en1
