lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I support this regulation aimed at avoiding market manipulation and insider trading. If it works it would be good for consumers in terms of energy prices, but the energy challenge for Europe is great. We are significant importers of energy. I would like to draw attention to a problem which has arisen in my own Member State about agreeing a REFIT tariff (Renewable Energy Feed in Tariffs) for the renewable energy sector. We are losing significant investment internally in the country due to the absence of an agreement on this issue, which the Commission is aware of and the Member State is pursuing. I hope it is resolved to the benefit of the sector very shortly."@en1
