However, in social terms, this statement tends to prove to be false. There are, of course, European institutions and bodies which provide medical care to deprived groups of people, which also include the homeless. However, we have to note with dismay that it does not reach the level of the care provided across the Atlantic, either in terms of the quality of medical procedures or the programmes available. This European homelessness strategy perhaps ought to be reviewed now, both from this perspective and specifically from the perspective of providing medical care to the homeless."@en1
