Any discussion about fisheries in the Black Sea must take into account the interests of all the countries bordering the sea, not only those of the European Union’s Member States. It is the only chance to bring together all these countries around the negotiating table, which is imperative if we are to find the most appropriate solutions to the problems we are facing.
