lpv:translated text	"I would like to remind the Commission that the European Parliament called, just last year, for strict compliance with the negotiation mandate granted by the Council as part of the Doha Development Agenda. I also wish to remind the Commission that the debates on the future of the common agricultural policy after 2013 need to be concluded, prior to submitting new proposals to our trade partners. I think that the European Union has already made enough concessions on agriculture, including the reduction in support for farmers. Unfortunately, the same concessions were not adopted by other states involved in the negotiations, and it is also a similar scenario with the relevant food safety and quality rules. This puts European producers at a disadvantage at a global level. The Doha negotiations are a serious responsibility for the Commission which I am calling on once again to give agriculture the attention it requires."@en1
