From the report, I would like to highlight the idea that partnerships based on dialogue and consultation strengthen the uptake of the processes of establishing democracy and of elements of democratic governance. Democracy should be put into practice, so I would like to add my voice to the appeal made in this report to all EU institutions to intensify efforts in the sense of using these different dialogues in a more coherent, consistent and coordinated way."@en1
