lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this resolution because EU-wide provision of fast broadband networks is essential. Furthermore, it is very important for there to be sufficient investment in digitally driven growth. The Commission and the Member States must develop European and national programmes to facilitate and provide funding so that all EU citizens have access to broadband speeds of not less than 30Mbps, and all teaching and research institutions have access to broadband infrastructure by 2015. The implementation of these measures would contribute to smart, sustainable, inclusive and territorially cohesive economic growth. We must make every effort to establish EU global leadership in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure."@en1
