lpv:translated text	"I support this report on establishing an agency for the operational management of large-scale information technology systems in the area of freedom, security and justice. The aim is to set up an agency responsible for the joint operational management of the information systems that enable us to maintain a high level of security, including public security, and a visa information system to support consulates and other relevant authorities. The report also aims at setting up a European information system designed to determine which Member State is responsible for examining asylum requests lodged in a Member State by non-EU citizens. I agree that the tasks and duties conferred on this agency should be only technical and not political."@en1
