lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the Deß report on the common agricultural policy, which evaluates the communication from the European Commission on the CAP towards 2020. Of note, the Deß report stresses the important role that agriculture can play in the Europe 2020 strategy. In particular, it emphasises the importance of agriculture as a source of employment in rural areas. While containing both favourable and unfavourable elements, the report provides a good, solid basis for a reform package. In my opinion, the most important element at this stage in the reform process is to maintain the current budgetary support for the CAP for the period 2014 to 2020."@en1
