lpv:translated text	"This protocol is aimed at extending the customs security measures of the established agreement between the EU and the Principality of Andorra. The EU-Andorra Agreement has been in place since 1990. However, it has now been decided to extend it, as part of this arrangement on customs security measures, to agricultural products. The agreement aims to ensure that bilateral trade between both parties runs smoothly and with a high level of customs security. It also provides for the requirement of prior declaration of goods to be abolished, on condition that the EU and Andorra guarantee an equivalent level of security as provided for in the relevant in their respective territories. At the time of this agreement’s review, we would like to reiterate that the interests of the movement of capital should not be promoted at the expense of safeguarding the rights of people and workers."@en1
