With a view to allowing European vessels to continue fishing in the Seychelles’ fishing zone in the Indian Ocean, the EU has negotiated the extension of the Protocol to the Fisheries Partnership Agreement. I have thus voted in favour of the Council’s recommendations for the conclusion of the new partnership agreement with Seychelles."@en1
