"Mr President, an extremely important document has now been adopted and I think that it is vital that we continue dialogue with Russia. For us, Russia is an important neighbour, and the better our relations are, the better it is for everyone. I would like to focus attention on the matter of visa waiver. I myself think that it is an important objective, but perhaps we should go slowly. As a representative of a neighbouring country, I can tell you that we cannot rush ahead too fast unless there are readmission agreements that work. In Russia, they obviously have to ensure that the dual identity that people could buy there previously can no longer be obtained. Instead, all these matters need to be dealt with properly by Russia so that we can move towards visa waiver. That is why we should not rush these things unnecessarily."@en1
