Everyone knows that GDP is an indicator used to measure macro-economic activity and cannot be used to measure other things. Consequently, new indicators need to be developed, which is precisely what Mrs Rosbach’s report does. I consider that GDP is a limited indicator and that indicators should be developed to supplement it. The report addresses the above issues, which I consider to be very important and in need of immediate resolution, which is why I voted in favour of this particular report."@en1
