Two weeks later and we have rushed to point the finger and created a credibility problem before we have even established the cause. We have undermined producers who, even though they did their job properly, have found themselves in the position of scapegoat and are still paying the price today. We have undermined the confidence of European and other consumers. We have created a rupture in our trade relations and in internal cohesion.
