lpv:translated text	". This report is on the proposal for a decision of the European Parliament and of the Council providing further macro-financial assistance to Georgia. This is a European Commission proposal that provides for EUR 46 million in aid to this country and is the result of the armed conflict with Russia, a situation exacerbated by the global crisis. As this is the second part of aid guaranteed in 2008, which is intended to enable Georgia to meet the financial agreements with global and European financial institutions, as well as to support the economic reforms in progress in this country, I agree with this aid and am voting for it. However, I hope that Parliament and the Council will soon reach an agreement on the methodology for supervising the implementation of this aid, so that we all have greater peace of mind about the proper application of EU funds."@en1
