lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this report and discharge in respect of the implementation of the budget of the SESAR Joint Undertaking. According to information provided by the Court of Auditors, SESAR’s annual accounts for the financial year 2009 are reliable and the underlying transactions are legal and regular. The Joint Undertaking is in a start-up phase and had not yet fully established its internal control and financial reporting systems by the end of 2009. The introduction of these systems needs to be completed. I agree with the rapporteur that the Joint Undertaking must begin to put in place an integrated management system, allowing costs to be allocated to specific work packages and funding sources of operational costs to be identified. Furthermore, it is important to set out the conditions under which unspent funds would be transferred to the following year."@en1
