lpv:translated text	"Both the Court of Auditors and the Committee on Budgetary Control have issued a positive opinion on the implementation of the budget of the Clean Sky Joint Undertaking for the financial year 2009. For these reasons, Parliament today voted to grant discharge for the financial year 2009. The audits carried out showed that the budget of the Joint Venture was reliable and that the underlying transactions were legal and regular. I do however think it would be helpful if the Joint Undertaking heeded the call for it to complete the implementation of its internal controls and financial information system, above all in view of the size of its budget and the complexity of its tasks."@en1
