lpv:translated text	"Both the Court of Auditors and the Committee on Budgetary Control issued a positive opinion on the implementation of the budget of the Artemis Joint Undertaking for the financial year 2009. For these reasons, Parliament today voted to grant discharge for the financial year 2009. The audits carried out showed that the accounts of the Joint Undertaking were reliable and that the underlying transactions were legal and regular. I do however think it would be helpful if the Joint Undertaking heeded the call for it to improve its documentation of IT processes and activities and the mapping of IT risks, and also to develop a business continuity plan and a data protection policy."@en1
