The Court of Auditors stated that it has obtained reasonable assurances that the annual accounts for the financial year 2009 are reliable and that the underlying transactions are legal and regular. I abstained because the Court of Auditors again found deficiencies in procurement procedures, as in the previous three years. The Court of Auditors has once again also noted shortcomings in the planning and implementation of recruitment procedures, while the subsidy to the Agency in 2009 was 6.4% more than in 2008."@en1
