lpv:translated text	"In view of the Court of Auditors’ statement that it has obtained reasonable assurances that the annual accounts for the financial year 2009 are reliable, and that the underlying transactions are legal and regular, I voted in favour of granting discharge in respect of the implementation of the budget of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work for the financial year 2009. Clearly, every debate on discharge has its own particular context, and the context of today’s debate is the economic and financial crisis, which has caused financial and budgetary problems for a number of Member States. Notwithstanding these difficulties, I commend the Agency on the progress it has made, despite a few mistakes, and on its effective work as coordinator of the network of Agencies during the 2009 discharge procedure."@en1
