What we have learnt so far from enlargement is that the real reforms only begin once the negotiations start. It is not the case that tomorrow, as soon as we initiate negotiations with Macedonia, we will also conclude this process. This is only the beginning. There will then be numerous opportunities to block the country if Greece should so wish, but to block the country now in this situation, and with the particular geographical location of this country, is totally irresponsible.
